FMS-Carbon Dioxide
The FMS-Carbon Dioxide Headspace Analyzer enables the rapid non-destructive analysis of headspace carbon dioxide in sealed parenteral containers. Applications include container closure integrity testing, inspection of media fill containers, and determination of microbial growth in sealed containers.
FMS-Carbon Dioxide Headspace Analyzer can be used throughout the entire product life cycle, from development to QC laboratory applications to at-line, in-process control of headspace carbon dioxide levels in production:
- Container closure integrity testing of frozen product stored on dry ice for transport
- General container closure integrity testing when the test method involves using carbon dioxide as a tracer gas
- Microbial growth detection in media vials
- IPC monitoring of carbon dioxide levels during the filling of product purged with carbon dioxide in the headspace
